This package contains the analyte groups “Alkanes”, “Alkenes” and “Cycloalkanes”, containing a total of 24 analytes. Along with this group, a code field is imported to include the analytes’ abbreviations. Lastly, one test is imported (together with their relevant units) to determine the analyte’s concentration.
The package contains the following entities:
- Three analyte groups:
- Alkanes, containing 11 analytes:
- Methane
- Ethane
- Propane
- Isobutane
- Butane
- Isopentane
- Pentane
- Neopentane
- Hexane
- Heptane
- Octane
- Cycloalkanes, containing 6 analytes:
- Cyclopropane
- Cyclobutane
- Cyclopentane
- Cyclohexane
- Cycloheptane
- Cyclooctane
- Alkenes, containing 7 analytes:
- Ethene
- Propene
- Butene
- Pentene
- Hexene
- Heptene
- Octene
- Alkanes, containing 11 analytes:
- One custom field on Analytes:
- Code: a field of type short text to store the abbreviation or symbol of the analyte.
- One test:
- Analyte concentration (datatype = quantity and dimension = concentration)
How to use the package
Once installed, the analytes will be available in the Analytes module. If a test -which was configured to require an analyte- is run on content, an analyte needs to be selected.
